Bio & Experience

Nicholas Draeger is Founder and Director of Cederberg GmbH, an international healthcare services company based in Switzerland. He brings over 25 years of experience across the life sciences sector, spanning research, business development, investment, and company building.


Nicholas began his career at Roche, working in genetic engineering research before moving into global business development, with a focus on in-licensing and M&A. He subsequently held senior roles at Recordati and in equity research at Crédit Agricole Indosuez Cheuvreux, before transitioning to the buy-side with BB Biotech and Adamant Biomedical Investments as Partner and Portfolio Manager.


He has founded multiple ventures, including Cederberg, Valevia Pharmaceuticals and Nurevas International, with a strong focus on international business development and M&A in life sciences.
