1st Term. Module I - The Life Sciences Commercial Ecosystem

Strategic analysis of global life sciences ecosystems, examining how science, capital markets, regulation and healthcare stakeholders interact to transform innovation into scalable, sustainable commercial and social value

1st Term. Module II - Drug Discovery and Regulatory Development

Executive-level understanding of scientific, clinical and regulatory pathways shaping medicines, medical devices and digital health technologies, integrating compliance, ethics and accelerated approval strategies across international jurisdictions

1st Term. Module III - Management in Research & Development

Strategic leadership of R&D organisations, addressing portfolio prioritisation, governance models, intellectual property strategy, resource allocation and performance management within high-risk, innovation-driven biotechnology and healthcare environments

2nd Term. Module IV - International Business Administration in Life Sciences

Comprehensive corporate management framework covering entrepreneurship, global strategy, biotech finance, valuation methodologies, licensing structures and international expansion across pharmaceuticals, medical devices and digital health markets

2nd Term. Module V - Business Development & Portfolio Management
