The BBI Cambridge Future Leaders Fellowship Programme is a transformative initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic excellence and executive leadership in the global life sciences sector.
Through The Baobab Fellowship for Africa, we are specifically focused on empowering the next generation of African professionals, providing them with the tools, networks, and strategic insights needed to lead high-impact organizations.

The Fellowship
Each Fellowship includes:
• Executive MBA in Life Sciences
• One-week Leadership Residency in Cambridge, United Kingdom
• International travel
• Accommodation during the Cambridge residency

The Ideal Fellow
Applicants should demonstrate:
• Strong academic achievement
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant life sciences or healthcare discipline
• Excellent English language proficiency
• Leadership potential
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Commitment to innovation
• Ambition to contribute to healthcare, biotechnology or scientific development within Africa or internationally.
